Competition: In need of a logo!

Now, i am an awfull designer and my skills on photoshop are realy limited. I know i need a logo or a banner just to identify my blog. The site is what you see. A technology/personal blog. I publish code alot and many personal things too, like pics and things that happen in my life. So, if you think you can design a neat logo for my blog go on! If i have your attention then keep reading…
Well i’ve been thinking what i can do to “pay off” a designer make me a logo. I can always pay in real money but as people say “no money, no honey”. So this is out of the question. So i thought about this. For anyone who makes a logo that will be placed here i will:
- Place a block on my sidebar (under the calendar most probably) with a small banner of his pointing to his site/blog with a small text saying what you did, for a month.
- After this period a link will be placed on my blogrol (i might keep block with the logo even longer if i feel like it but definitely at least for a month).
- I am thinking of creating a page with contributors, top commenters etc so you might get your self into it.
Now, i know my site has no PR nor it is a big one. But this is what i can offer. I know that most of you will think it’s not worth it, well to be honest, on an ad point of view, my space is worthless. But still, this is all i can offer. So are you still interested? Keep going and send me your logos/banners at stratosg2002 [at] yahoo.com. If i get more than one i will probably end up with a small vote on the readers (or i might decide like a dictator i don’t know 
). I havn’t said if i want a small logo, a big banner or whatever cause i want to give any designer the freedom to design. You can see my site/theme and you just get inspired!
One more thing. I am not a fan of ads at all. This is why i have not enabled ad-sense and no other ad-campaign program what so ever. I like my site clean and i do this for fun. I will keep it this way. This is an exception i make to show respect to any reader that takes time out of his valuable time to spend on creating a logo/banner for me.
This might be an effort that brings zero results but i thought i’d still go ahead and do it. I hope some nice logo comes out of it, or else, well i had nothing and i have nothing to loose

well my friend #FN$# (as always among the few loyal) as i said on my post i leave this liberty totaly upon you! i would prefer something simple but you can prove me wrong by creating a stylish one that can amaze me! you can see my theme, you know what i am all about so all i need is you imagination

BUT,imagine this quite smaller and with white letters (of course the background is transparent).This could be just a replacement for “stratos.me” on the top.And I didn’t do anything special,it’s just a “grunge style” font.

i like it for a starting point… don’t you think it’s a little gothic for a technological blog? and do you think you can add a computer somewhere there? i can’t imagine how… don’t get me wrong.. i know i’m all “complaining” for something you open handed give to me but you said i should be cruel

Oh,and it doesn’t have to be in “php” style, just pick your favorite language!
I think this way you don’t have to put a computer’s image or something because everyone will get the point!…But it’s up to you!

man i am realy digging this! i created a test theme and put it up and i like it alot… one more thing though… how can we stress out “stratos.me” cause when you put it as a logo you loose it among the other text (tags etc). but i like it alot! if you have any other inspiration i’d be glad to check it out!

@#FN$# Well when i say stress out, i mean maybe make it look bigger, or bold or something like that… but i realy like it when it meshes up with the theme… here is how it looks… why don’t you take a peak and tell me what you think… if you give me the OK (as a designer i mean

Ah! I am sorry I dont have photoshop nor any logo software..
My logo was designed by a awesome friend,I will say him to design yours (I hope he isn’t much busy,His name is Ben)
