Here is a quickie. I downloaded an image as a bin file. When trying to mount it with Daemon tools i got this error “Unable to mount image. File not accessible!”. This got me confused. I tried alot of stuff and then i figured out that it was that the filename of the cue file and the bin file was different. I changed it but still nothing… And then i read this on a forum post: “open your cue with notepad”. Briliant! It is just 7Kb. Why not. So this file is in plain text form and it has a line saying: “FILE “a_file.bin” BINARY“. This is the trick. Change the “a_file.bin” to the name of your .bin file and you are done!
“File not accessible” when mounting a .bin!

Thanks man!Help a lot!!!
Okay to fix this problem I found out that the best and quickest way to do this is to convert the bin files to .mir files using this free software called ,Mini Image Ripper, Download Link: http://www.cdmediaworld.com/hardware/cdrom/cd_utils_8.shtml#Mini-Image%20Ripper
And if that doesn’t work here is the better way to go. Convert the .bin file to an .iso file using bin2iso free software. Download link here: http://www.weethet.nl/downloads/bin2iso.zip
Good Luck and Let me know if this works for you. It did me. =)

No, don’t change the file name. Edit the cue file to reflect the bin name…
