I don’t see it that way Stratos. I’m sure that a lot of the comments I get are directly related to those plugins, but most of those get deleted because they’re of no use to me. Other comments are of great quality and I see no problem with rewarding the commentators of those comment.

@Sire: It’s another thing wanting to reward and another thing to pull all these things just to asskiss your readers for a comment. And i read your last post man. Hey Stratos, man that was a rant and a half. You feeling better now mate. Shit, after writing that post the last thing you will want to do is read my last post

All in all, even though my blog has commentluv and it’s also dofollow, I do it because I want to reward people for commenting, and I mean good quality comments, not just so they can get a link back to their post.

Sure I get my fair share of spam comments, but it doesn’t take long to send them to Akismet or to delete them.

As for the captcha, I don’t mind yours. It’s better than those ones you have to squint and go cross eyed trying to work out what the heck they say. Just make sure that the sum of the fingers don’t add up to more than 20, I only have so many fingers and toes.

OH, one last thing……good to have you back.

I get a lot of such comments. All I do is click Delete whenever I see an irrelevant link. As far as the quality of content is concerned, I agree completely.
