This post is exactly what I was looking for and even though its quite old still relevent.

I much prefer manual insertion over a plugin as you get a lot more control to insert the social sites you want, where you want and have it display exactly how you want it. It’s also one less plugin needed.

Thanks Stratos. I got rid of sociable as I read your last post. I adapted the wording a bit to suit my personality, and I think it’s great that I now have a selection of sites to add.

I still haven’t updated BloggerBuddy CSS yet, but I will once I get time.

Very nice Stratos! I’m not using Sociable anymore but am still using a plugin. Maybe I’ll add this to my next blog cleaning project.
