		<description>well on debian there are a lot of irc servers on the repositories... but if you want to play around with the commands as you said you definitely need to recompile...</description>

The bad thing is, that many people see IRC networks as places to meet new girlfriends/boyfriends. That is certainly not what IRC is about.

Now, I&#039;ve been experimenting with IRC daemons, and actually its pretty easy to create your own too. But what I tried to do, is modify the Unrealircd source code so that I could change the commands, just for the sake of doing it. I have to say, that still I haven&#039;t managed it... maybe because I&#039;m not searching enough!</description>
